Mike Morrison is the newest addition to the Coast Hills Wealth Management team here at CoastHills Credit Union. Mike brings more than 18 years of financial industry experience with him. Having worked for multiple large banks as a leader in the industry for many years, he is excited to work at a local organization more aligned with his values.
Since Mike was a young man, he has held compassion for those in need. Serving his community as an advocate for veterans and the homeless; helping to provide support in many ways with various local organizations. Helping to support the homeless during the holidays remains one of his favorite childhood memories. Mike is also very proud to participate as a Chairman of the Board for the Special Olympics here in San Luis Obispo County. Having served as a Rotary President, South County Chambers Chairman, and in many other volunteer positions; he is still finding ways to help those in need.
With a tenacious attitude toward enjoying all that life has to offer, Mike has always had a passion for helping clients aim to reach their goals and make their dreams a reality. He has accomplished this by bringing a proactive and passionate individualized approach to his practice. Getting to know his clients on a personal level is the primary strategy Mike attributes to his success.
When not helping CoastHills Credit Union members improve their lives, and the lives of the next generations to come; Mike can be found navigating the back country on a snowboard, white water rafting, camping, singing loudly at a country concert, fishing, hiking, and basically anything athletic or outdoorsy. He is married to his best friend Cindy and the two of them find at least one concert a month to enjoy! (Most likely 3 or 4…)
Mike currently holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 66, and 63 licenses through LPL Financial.
